Hi There!

I’m Katherine Tague

I’m a Licensed therapist who helps People overcome disordered eating and body image issues

Breaking Free from Confusion

These days, there are a lot of conflicting messages about food and body. From social media to the grocery aisle, the carnivore diet to weight loss injections — it's never been more confusing to navigate how we should care for ourselves.

If you have been struggling with how you feel in your body— then you know how tiring the constant chatter about what to eat can be. You wake up with a new plan. You count calories, swear off certain foods, and push yourself. You check your reflection in the mirror- willing yourself to be smaller, wishing to be different. But after a while all this restriction and saying “no” builds up - and you find yourself back in the kitchen, starving and going through the cupboards.

Your Path to Freedom

Imagine enjoying a meal with family and friends without scanning the menu in anxiety. Picture getting dressed and feeling confident, not critical. Envision enjoying social events instead of fixating on food or your body. Through our work together, you'll develop a relationship with your body that creates space for what truly matters in your life.

MY Approach

In therapy, we’ll focus on tangible, evidence-based strategies to help you create a whole new relationship with food. We’ll also talk through what might be going on at home, school, or work that may be causing you treat your body this way. Through our work, you’ll stop eating a way that doesn’t feel good— but you’ll also start to create a life of more ease, joy and fun. My overall goal for you is to leave the food noise behind, so that you can enjoy a more present, engaged life.

Transform Your Relationship with Food and body

Constant mental chatter about food and your body is exhausting, but it doesn't have to be your reality. Together, we'll build a foundation for the freedom, ease, and confidence you deserve.

Are you ready to take the first step toward food freedom?
